Terms & Conditions – The Dinkyard Grand Prix Screening

1: Event Cancellation by Organizer If the event is cancelled from our end due to insufficient registrations, unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or logistical reasons, only the ticket amount mentioned on the official poster will be refunded. Transaction processing fees are strictly non-refundable.
2: Right to Modify or Reschedule The Dinkyard reserves the sole right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any workshop or event without prior notice in the interest of safety, operational feasibility, or overall experience quality.
3: Partial Event Cancellation In case of partial event cancellation, tickets for other confirmed events or sessions will remain valid. Refunds (if applicable) will apply only to the cancelled portion of the event.
4: Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable processing period.
5: Non-Attendance / No-Show Policy If you are unable to attend after registration, the ticket amount will not be refunded, carried forward, or adjusted for future events.
6: After Event Commencement Once the event or workshop has commenced, no refunds will be issued for non-attendance, late arrival, or partial participation.
7: Spot Registrations Spot registrations are subject to availability. Entry is not guaranteed. Spot entries will not be eligible for refunds, carry forwards, or compensations. Advance registration is strongly recommended.
8: F1 Racing Simulator Access to the F1 Racing Simulator is not included in the entry ticket price. Simulator sessions are chargeable separately and payment must be made at the venue.
9: Ticket Transfer Policy Tickets are strictly non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing by the organizer.
10: Food Policy Outside food and beverages are strictly not permitted inside the venue.
