Join us for the Chennai Yoga Festival 2026, a premier wellness gathering dedicated to physical health and mental clarity. This festival brings together yoga enthusiasts of all levels for a day filled with energizing sessions, guided practices, and a vibrant community experience.
The event features a variety of sessions including a Yogathon Surya Namaskar Challenge (30, 50, 108 or 200 rounds), And dedicated sessions for weight loss and meditation. Whether you are looking to improve your flexibility, build strength, or find inner peace, there is something for everyone.
Participants in the Yogathon will receive a commemorative medal, certificate, event T-shirt, and healthy refreshments. Come learn from experienced instructors and be part of a positive, energetic community in the heart of Chennai.

Terms and Conditions
YOGATHON – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. By registering for the Yogathon conducted by Sera Yoga Manthiram Trust, participants agree to all the following terms and conditions.
2. The event is open to individuals, schools, universities/colleges, yoga schools, yoga centers, district yoga associations, and corporate.
3. Registration can be completed online, followed by payment.
4. Group bookings can be made via phone. It is user-friendly for making payments and collecting certificates and T-shirts.
5. Participants are required to report one hour before the event. Latecomers may be disqualified.
6. The dress code is full-length track pants and the official Sera Yogathon T-shirt.
7. Participants should consume only light refreshments at least one hour before the event. Refreshments will be provided at the venue after the event.
8. The steps followed in Surya Namaskar must be performed exactly as shown in the banner images.
9. Twelve consecutive postures of Surya Namaskar will be considered as ONE count. Participants must complete 30, 50, 108, or 200 counts based on their registration.
10. All participants must bring their own yoga mats.
11. Participants must be aged 6 years and above. There is no upper age limit. Children must be accompanied by at least one parent or guardian.
12. The last date for cancellation and refund is 05 June 2026.
13. Registration is non-transferable.
14. Smoking, alcohol, and non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited at the Yogathon venue.
15. The Yogathon committee reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behavior affects the event or causes inconvenience to others.
16. The Yogathon committee will not be liable for any injury, illness, damage, or loss occurring during the event.
17. The organizers are not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, damaged, or stolen at the venue.
18. While every effort will be made to conduct the program as planned, the committee reserves the right to modify the program without prior notice.
19. The decisions of the judges and the committee will be final.
