For a question about a specific event, class or trip, the fastest route is the Message host button on that event's page in the app — it goes straight to the person running it.

DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT

This section applies to the Growezy app (app.growezy.club) and to any account created on growezy.club.

From inside the app

1. Open the Growezy app and go to your Profile (tap your photo in the top right).
2. Tap Settings, then Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

If you cannot access the app

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, or include the phone number you signed up with, and write "Delete my account" in the subject. We will verify it is you and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What happens next

Your account is deactivated immediately and stops appearing anywhere on Growezy. If you sign in again within 30 days, everything comes back. After 30 days the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What we delete

• Your profile — name, photo, phone number and email
• Your interests, saved activity and location history
• Your community memberships, posts, comments and reactions
• Your notification tokens, so we stop contacting you immediately

What we keep, and why

• Bookings and payment records — These are the host's record of a sale and their proof of a completed transaction. Indian tax and accounting rules require them to be kept, so they are never deleted along with your account. They stay with the host you booked with, not on your profile.
• Anonymised, aggregated analytics — Counts that can no longer be linked back to you — for example, how many people attended an event.
