🌧️ MONSOON ESCAPE — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking is confirmed only after payment of the applicable amount.

2. The trip price is ₹4,299 + taxes per person.

3. Limited seats only — seats are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Participants must report at the designated pickup point at the given time. The vehicle will not wait for late arrivals.

5. The itinerary may be changed or adjusted due to weather, road conditions, local restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. During monsoon, some locations may become inaccessible or unsafe. The safety of participants will always be the priority.

7. Participants must follow instructions given by the trip coordinators/team leaders.

8. No littering at waterfalls, forests, beaches, mountains or any other destination.

9. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The organisers are not responsible for loss or damage.

10. Participants should carry comfortable footwear, extra clothes, rain protection, personal medicines and other necessary essentials.

11. Alcohol, drugs or any inappropriate behaviour during the trip will not be tolerated.

12. Any damage to transport, accommodation, property or equipment caused by a participant will be charged to the concerned person.

13. Cancellation/refund: Booking amount is non-refundable once the seat is confirmed, except where otherwise announced by the organisers.

14. In case of trip cancellation by the organisers due to extreme weather or unavoidable circumstances, the organisers will communicate the applicable rescheduling/refund option.

15. Participants joining the trip agree to maintain discipline, respect fellow travellers, local communities and nature.

16. The Social Vibes reserves the right to refuse participation in case of serious misconduct or behaviour that may affect the safety or experience of others.

💰 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY — MONSOON ESCAPE

• Booking amount is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

• No refund for cancellation by the participant, no-show, late arrival, or leaving the trip midway.

• If a participant is unable to attend, their seat cannot be transferred to another person without prior approval from the organisers.

• If the trip is cancelled by The Social Vibes due to extreme weather, government restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances, participants will be offered rescheduling or refund options, as applicable.

• If the itinerary is modified due to weather or safety concerns, no refund will be applicable if the trip continues with an adjusted itinerary.

• Any refund approved by the organisers will be processed after deduction of non-refundable booking, payment gateway, transport, accommodation, or other committed expenses, where applicable.

• Refund processing may take 7–10 working days after approval.
