Terms & Conditions — The Social Vibes
Booking is confirmed only after payment of the applicable trek fee.
Trek fee: ₹299 + taxes per person, including breakfast.
Participants must report at the designated meeting point before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
The trek involves uneven, rocky and potentially slippery terrain. Participants should wear proper trekking shoes and carry sufficient water.
Participants must follow all instructions given by the trek coordinators/leaders for their safety.
The itinerary/timing may be changed due to weather, trail conditions, local restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.
In case of unsafe weather or trail conditions, the organisers may modify, postpone or cancel the trek in the interest of participant safety.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The Social Vibes will not be responsible for loss or damage.
No littering. Participants must help keep Biswanath Hill clean and respect the surrounding environment.
Participants must maintain respectful behaviour towards fellow trekkers, local people and the surroundings.
Alcohol, drugs or any inappropriate behaviour during the event are strictly prohibited.
Any damage caused to local property, transport or other facilities by a participant will be recovered from the concerned participant.
Booking/cancellation: The booking amount is non-refundable once the seat is confirmed, except where the organisers announce otherwise.
If the trek is cancelled by the organisers due to unavoidable circumstances, participants will be informed about the applicable rescheduling/refund option.
Participants are responsible for carrying their personal medicines, rain protection and other essential items.
By booking the trek, participants confirm that they understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
