Neelima Sonkusale is a founder of AIM Edutech Solutions. A corporate trainer and an empowerment coach, Neelima believes and works on creating an impact on the young professionals through her training. A rich experience in the HR domain, Counselling and working as a visiting faculty with various colleges has connected her to the youth and young minds.

Along with her passion for her work, Neelima is a great dancer and choreographer. She is an excellent Anchor having anchored prestigious festivals like Kala Ghoda and Time Utsav Art festival.

Happily married for 19 years and a mother of two grownup girls, Neelima loves travelling and exploring different cultures and food.

Her commitment , dedication , positive attitude and smart work has made her recipient of “ Iconic Women “ award at the Women economic forum Delhi and has also bagged best coach award consecutively for 2 years in her coaching community.

Her burning desire is to reach the maximum number of working professionals globally, tapping the international market(which she has already started working on).

Last but not the least, Neelima has authored a book named Dear ZIndagi based on her life as a teen ager to a mother of teen ager.

Shrikanth is a practicing Psychotherapist and Wellness Professional with 8 years field experience working with diverse populations, between ages 10 to 60 years.

He blends Indian and global evidence-based practices and approaches to facilitate wellbeing and thriving futures among individuals and in group settings.

His experiences and associations are diverse - having worked with corporates, educational institutions and in the not-for-profit sector. He has founded successful communities and has sparked many a collaborations in the mental health and wellness space. Notably, the Thriving Souls Community, is one such unique community-led support platform that focusses on individual and collective wellbeing.
